About the role
You work directly with the founder on the products millions of people touch every day. Next.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, Cloudflare. The bar is simple: if the rest of us disappeared, the products would keep getting better.
What you'll do
- Ship to millions of users in your first week.
- Own whole systems end to end: design, build, deploy, monitor, fix.
- Delete complexity: fewer dependencies, less code, faster pages.
What we're looking for
- You could build and run one of our products entirely alone, and it would hold up under real traffic.
- You've shipped at serious scale: paying users, production incidents you owned and fixed.
- Your fast code is also your best code. You don't trade speed for quality, you deliver both.
- You read source code when docs run out and profile before you guess.
- Top 1% of engineers anywhere you've worked, provable with shipped work.
Nice to have
- You've built with LLMs beyond calling an API.
- A public trail: products, repos, writing.
